THE ANALYTIC CHALLENGE

Goal: Challenge yourself to get 12+ visits and 4 total ForceDecks (once per week do 3 jumps on the ForceDeck)

Details: 

• challenge sign up starts 4/6
• New block starts & challenge registration closes 4/13
• Challenge and block ends 5/10

Bonus:

• Get a body comp before and after the challenge so you can see how your body comp changes after you're LOCKED IN for a block
